its cool, I like the blending, colors, text, and the background is cool but the right side of the background looks out of place in my opinion and its a lot sharper than Pharrell which messes with the depth perception..
try to have a focus point, which is usually the psd or person and then the text is usually by the focal point to accentuate it... you're brushing and blending is perfect for that.. you can help create a focal point but creating depth by sharpening the focal point and sometimes blurring some of the background images but not too much (the left side is good, but the right side needs work) you can also help create more depth by putting a black and white gradient layer over the entire thing and putting it on soft overlay at like 25-35%
you can blur the background it by duplicating the background layers, merging them, then gaussin blur 1px or even 5px, then put it on 25% or soft overlay on lower % to give it less sharp but nice look.
I'm feeling the text, I see you've been messing around with text placement and all that.. try a few of these text tutorials,
